Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of RowDocs (the "Service"), a Google Workspace add-on operated by Tofu Labs (PT Kodecut Digital Media), Menara Karya 28th Fl, Jl. HR Rasuna Said Block X-5, Kav 1-2, South Jakarta 12950, Indonesia ("we"). By installing or using the Service you agree to them.

The Service

RowDocs creates documents from a Google Docs template and the rows of a Google Sheet, saves them to your Google Drive and, if you choose, emails them from your Google account. The free tier has a daily limit. Pro removes it, as described on the pricing page.

Your content and your sending

You are responsible for the templates, data and recipients you use, for checking generated documents before relying on them, and for only emailing people who expect to hear from you. Google's own quotas and terms apply to your Google account. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email, and access continues until the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for spam, anything unlawful, to disrupt it, or to share or resell order numbers.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
